Dental Orthodontics Office Receptionist

We are looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our orthodontic office !
What We're Looking For:
? Excellent communication and customer service skills? Experience with Carestream/Orthotrac is a plus, but not required ? Previous receptionist experience in the medical/dental field is preferred? Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities Include:
- Greeting and checking in patients
- Scheduling appointments
- Answering phone calls and assisting with inquiries
- Maintain and update patient records in the office management system
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, and organizing documents
- Communicate with orthodontist, assistants, and other team members to ensure smooth office operations
Working Hours:
Rotating Schedule
Monday-Thursday 9am-6pm
or
Tuesday-Friday 9am-6pm (Fridays 8am-5pm)
One Saturday (8am-12pm) every 8 weeks (not in the summer).

- High school diploma or equivalent required
