Store Planner/Designer

We are looking for a Store Planner/Designer for a top retail company and help bring innovative store concepts to life across high-profile locations.

• Hourly Rate $30-34.67

Responsibilities:

• Create full store design drawing packages (plans, elevations, fixtures, finishes)

• Apply brand standards while adapting to site, landlord, and code requirements

• Review kickoff documents (TDCs, surveys, work letters, codes)

• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and vendors

• Ensure accuracy, quality, and on-time delivery of design documents

• Review shop drawings and support DD through construction

• Assist with design decks, visuals, and presentations

• Proactively identify and communicate risks

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field

• 3+ years of retail store design/documentation experience

• Strong AutoCAD & Bluebeam skills; MS Office proficiency

• Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)

• Knowledge of retail construction, millwork, lighting, basic MEP, ADA & codes

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have

• REVIT and 3D modeling/visualization experience

• Experience with large, multi-brand retail rollouts

• Familiarity with standardized CAD/REVIT libraries and drawing protocols
