Speech Language Pathologist (Part time) - Liverpool, NY

Job Type: Part time or Per diem schedule (2-4 weekday afternoons or evenings and Saturday mornings)

Setting: Out Patient clinic

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide individualized speech therapy services in an outpatient clinical setting. Both CCC-SLPs and CFYs are encouraged to apply. This is an excellent opportunity for clinicians seeking professional growth in a structured yet flexible environment.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one speech therapy to pediatric and adult clients

• Administer and interpret speech, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing evaluations

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

• Educate clients and families on communication and swallowing strategies

• Collaborate with therapists, educators, and healthcare professionals

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation for evaluations, treatment, progress notes, and discharge summaries

• Participate in program development and team meetings as needed

Education and Requirements

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required)

• Completion of Praxis Exam (required)

• Active or eligible New York State SLP license

• CCC-SLPs and CFYs are encouraged to apply

• New graduates welcome

• Availability for afternoon or evening shifts and Saturday mornings

• Strong communication, clinical, and organizational skills
