Bartender
ELEA is a vibrant restaurant committed to delivering exceptional food, drinks, and hospitality. We are seeking a skilled and personable Bartender who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys creating memorable guest experiences.Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages
- Provide outstanding customer service to guests at the bar and dining area
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and beverage stations
- Monitor inventory and restock bar supplies as needed
- Verify guest age and comply with all alcohol service regulations
- Process orders and payments accurately
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, beer, and wine
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a team-player mindset
- Must meet local legal requirements for alcohol service
