Job Description Insight Global's luxury retail client is seeking an IT Technician to join their end-user support team for two of their office locations - Katonah and LIC. Candidate's must have experience with the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software devices, with both Windows and Mac. Experience with JAMF is preferred. They must be able to multitask in a high pressure environment and take direction from team lead. Candidates for this role must have a car and be willing to go onsite to both locations.
