Position Overview
We’re seeking a dependable, organized, and proactive Studio Assistant to support day-to-day studio operations and assist the owner with administrative and client-facing tasks. If you love structure, take initiative, and thrive in a dynamic, wellness-focused environment, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

Studio Operations

• Maintain studio cleanliness and organization (fold towels, run laundry, restock supplies)
• Reset rooms between classes to ensure a welcoming environment
• Greet clients, assist with check-ins, and provide excellent customer service

Administrative Support

• Reply to studio emails and online reviews in a warm, professional tone
• Assist with scheduling, attendance tracking, and class performance reports
• Support payroll prep, vendor coordination, and inventory management
• Help streamline systems for communication, scheduling, and operations

Owner Support

• Assist the owner with project management, research, and day-to-day needs
• Coordinate team communications, meeting notes, and studio calendars
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality with business information

Ideal Candidate

• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable with technology (Google Workspace, scheduling platforms; Canva a plus)
• Professional, positive, and community-minded

Schedule

15 hours/week

• Tue 10 AM–1 PM
• Thu 10 AM–1 PM
• Fri 10 AM–1 PM
• Sat 10 AM–1 PM
• Sun 10 AM–1 PM
