This Role is Tailor-Made for You Because:
You have the ability to execute the trends, themes, concepts, techniques and materials relevant to defining Print stories for Ready to Wear (RTW) and are able to balance creative thinking with commercial viability while always evolving product. You are detail-oriented and have a passion for product and an eye for trend that is brand-right.

A Day in the Life:
•\tAlongside the Sr. Designer & Sr. Design Director, responsible for supporting the development of seasonal print, pattern and graphics from research and concept through to execution\n•\tAccurately create factory ready specs including: creating repeat tiles and color separating in Photoshop/Illustrator.\n•\tEnsure that the print charts/walls/archives/boards in working order & up to date for all teams to use as a reference\n•\tWork closely with Product Development to partner on developing the product\n•\tCollaborate with other key cross-functional partners throughout the design process.\n•\tExecute print layouts, develop and execute seasonal print and textile designs\n•\tDevelop colorways and layouts \n•\tResponsible for design creation of artwork - painting, digital as well as cleaning of purchased artworks.\n•\tAbility to work in a fast paced, dynamic, and highly collaborative environment, with the ability to juggle multiple seasons at one time and track development deadlines.\n•\tWork on T-shirts/Soft Accessory/Pre- collection and runway categories \n•\tSupport the day to day of the print department.

To Land This Role:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Fashion, Textiles or Surface Pattern Design
• Internships or related design experience; some or all specific to print & textile design
• Must provide digital portfolio of work
• Knowledge of technical print design development techniques and commercialization
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in PLM preferred
• Ability to hand draw and paint in various mediums
• Strong design and conceptual skills; strong sense of style, color and taste level.
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Compensation Range
The compensation range for this position is 26.00 USD - 34.00 USD. Our offer will be based on your relevant experience and work location.
