Client Success Associate; Rokt US Corp. (New York, NY). Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify ideal customer profiles, regional advertising landscapes, and key competitive intelligence. Analyze collected data to define optimal target customer segments and provide data-driven recommendations for strategic market optimization. Generate actionable market and customer insights that inform Rokt's regional market strategies and competitive positioning. Research and identify potential strategic global partners, assessing their alignment with Rokt's growth objectives and market expansion. Utilize data visualization tools, such as Tableau, to translate research findings into compelling visual presentations that support strategic recommendations for internal stakeholders. Proactively analyze campaign performance data to identify opportunities for strategic account enhancements and improved client ROI. Collaborate with Account Management and Customer Success teams by providing data-backed insights to inform the development and execution of strategic growth initiatives. Synthesize research findings into clear and persuasive narratives to propose actionable solutions and recommendations. Develop data-driven content that supports strategic growth objectives. Prepare and present strategic recommendations such as product positioning, market entry strategies, process improvements, to key internal stakeholders based on thorough market research and analysis. REQUIREMENTS: Masters degree in Marketing, Marketing Analytics or Market Research and 6 months experience as Market Research Analyst, Research and Data Analysis Intern or Marketing Coordinator. Skills: The position requires 6 months experience involving each of the following: conducting data analysis on engagement using analytics tools to identify key demographic groups and tailor outreach strategies; conducting performance analysis on campaigns to refine content strategy and improve engagement metrics; developing impactful digital collateral to drive awareness and adoption of services; strategizing and executing media campaigns to maximize engagement and participation; Google Analytics; Tableau; and Excel Modeling. The position also requires knowledge of Predictive Analysis in R, and SQL programming. Employer will accept knowledge gained through academic course work, projects, internships or experience.
