Senior DevOps Engineer

We are seeking an accomplished Senior DevOps Engineer to take ownership of our hybrid infrastructure spanning both cloud and on-premise environments. This is a hands-on high-impact role where you will architect systems manage IoT devices at scale build reliable tooling and lead modernization initiatives from concept to production. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver secure scalable and resilient systems while guiding teammates and shaping best practices across infrastructure engineering.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design build and maintain hybrid infrastructure environments (cloud and on-premise) with a strong focus on reliability security and scalability.
• Develop and implement tools to streamline deployment management and monitoring of customer-premise equipment IoT fleets and backend systems.
• Lead system architecture and modernization projects from initial design through production deployment.
• Strengthen observability for infrastructure and IoT devices using both custom tooling and established platforms.
• Build secure connectivity solutions to ensure resilient device-to-cloud communication.
• Mentor team members and contribute to infrastructure design standards and best practices.
• Partner with DevOps and engineering teams to integrate infrastructure with CI/CD pipelines and enable smooth automated deployments.

Required Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in Infrastructure Engineering SRE or DevOps.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Strong experience managing servers and/or IoT devices at scale.
• Proficiency in Python for infrastructure tooling and automation.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services.
• Proven expertise managing and securing hybrid (Cloud On-Prem) environments.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform Ansible CDK etc.).
• Strong understanding of Linux systems networking and components such as Docker firewalls load balancers and VPNs.
• Background in monitoring alerting and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to perform in fast-paced production-critical environments.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive team-oriented approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AWS IoT offerings such as Greengrass v2.
• Understanding of secure infrastructure design principles.
• Experience managing edge or distributed devices at scale.
