• Set up and operate manual engine lathes with precision and care.
• Use calipers and micrometers to ensure exact measurements and top-tier quality.
• Follow established manufacturing and safety protocols.
• Handle materials safely using hoists and cranes.
• Collaborate with a dedicated production team.
• Interpret standard operating procedures and customer specifications.

• 2+ years of hands-on machining experience.
• Strong proficiency in lathe operation and general machine work.
• Confidence using micrometers, calipers, and reading technical documentation.
• Solid math skills and a willingness to learn and grow.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
