We are seeking polished, professional, and customer-focused VIP Guest Ambassadors to support an exciting immersive experience located in the heart of Times Square. This one-of-a-kind attraction offers guests an unforgettable opportunity to engage with the magic of New Year’s Eve year-round. As a VIP Guest Ambassador, you will play a vital role in creating a world-class experience for visitors from around the globe.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain material and merchandise levels in the attraction and retail space by pushing products to the floor
• Assist with receiving new product deliveries
• Greet, direct, and engage with all guests to provide outstanding customer service
• Maintain superior knowledge of the attraction and all its products and experiences
• Work with fellow team members to champion a culture of excellence ensuring every guest interaction is personalized and meaningful
• Maintaining visual display standards and replenishment of product to directed levels
• Support company objectives to be a top tier attraction and retail business in NYC
• Ensure compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A minimum of a HS Diploma
• Prior experience in retail stock or merchandising
• Seeking to work a variable schedule of 30-40 hours per week
• Good customer service skills
• Excellent verbal communication in English
• Reasonable, reliable commute to Times Square for shifts starting as early as 5am, ending as late as midnight
• Physical Requirements – This position involves frequent lifting of 20-40 lbs unassisted, as well as extended periods of standing, crouching and bending, and regularly use of 1-2 flights of stairs and a 10-12 foot ladder
