Salary: $61,000–$75,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

What will I do?

• Evaluate incoming orders and choose production methods that align with inventory, capacity, and delivery needs.
• Continuously monitor materials; call out shortages, propose substitutes, and adjust schedules as needed.
• Create balanced production schedules that minimize backlogs and level workloads.
• Partner with Customer Service, Operations, and Supply Chain to protect customer delivery commitments.
• Decide when to outsource work; release and track orders with approved third-party vendors to meet timeline and quality targets.
• Maintain clean, accurate planning data in ERP/MRP (Epicor familiarity is advantageous).
• Analyze performance and recommend improvements to increase throughput and efficiency.

What do I need to succeed?

• 5+ years in production scheduling, manufacturing planning, or supply chain operations.
• Experience in a manufacturing or customization environment preferred.
• ERP/MRP expertise; Epicor experience is a plus.
• Advanced Excel and strong analytical problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and priority management.
• Experience working with contract manufacturers or external vendors preferred.
• Bachelor’s in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field preferred.
