Logistics Manager (6134)
itD is seeking a Logistics Manager to drive the seamless execution of end-to-end logistics operations for high-impact customer engagements within an executive briefing environment. This role serves as a critical operational partner, ensuring the successful planning, coordination, and delivery of premium onsite and virtual experiences. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in logistics coordination, stakeholder collaboration, and customer-facing operations, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality, detail-oriented execution in fast-paced environments.
Location: Onsite – New York City, NY
Pay Rate: $24.50 - $27.50

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute end-to-end logistics for customer engagements, partnering closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery from initial request through completion.
- Serve as the primary onsite point of contact, welcoming and guiding visitors while ensuring a professional and high-quality experience.
- Oversee daily site operations, including coordination of catering, facilities, and lobby services to support engagement needs.
- Ensure technical readiness of meeting spaces by validating audio/visual functionality and collaboration tools prior to each session.
- Manage logistics workflows and maintain quality control processes, including tracking requests, evaluations, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Facilitate pre-engagement planning activities, including logistics requests and coordination calls to align stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support engagement needs such as materials preparation, scheduling, and prioritization.
- Contribute to operational initiatives and process improvements to enhance overall efficiency and experience delivery.
Internal Responsibilities:
- Attend regular internal practice community meetings.
- Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership.
- Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material).
- Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice.
- Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual).
- Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience with logistics coordination, operations, or customer-facing program support.
- Proficiency with collaboration and communication tools (e.g., video conferencing platforms) and CRM systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing needs.
- Experience delivering high-touch customer service with a focus on professionalism and follow-through.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience supporting executive briefings, events, or customer engagement programs.
- Familiarity with sales operations or stakeholder-facing environments.
- Experience contributing to process improvement or operational optimization initiatives.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience required.
