Job TypeFull-time - Monday - Friday (8:00 am - 4:00 pm) - Fort Edward Site
Pay Rate - $40,950 - $52,650 located on practice
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Excellent organizational expertise, capability to prioritize, and comfortable working independently
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, spreadsheets, and general office equipment
Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to)
»Greet visitors professionally and direct them accordingly.
»Answer phone calls and guide the callers to the right person.
»Process, sort, and route incoming and outgoing mail.
»Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings.
»Perform administrative support tasks, including updating and sorting files, drafting and proofreading correspondence, and conducting research.
»Intake new students including, but not limited to, making sure all documentation is received from parents and guardians.
»Supports the administration in all funcations related to the CPSE process for students.
»Communicate with school districts and counties on various matters.
