Soda has partnered with an AI infrastructure company founded by leaders behind one of the earliest Forward Deployed AI teams. Backed by $30M in funding led by top-tier investors , the company is building foundational systems that help enterprises automate complex decision-making using historical operational behaviour.

This is not a feature factory role. You’ll work on core infrastructure problems around inference, orchestration, context evolution, and human-guided AI systems alongside a small, deeply technical team in New York and London.

The Opportunity

You’ll help build the platform that stores, evolves, and executes enterprise decision context at scale. Engineers here own architecture, product direction, and production systems end to end.

The company operates without layers of process or ticket-driven development. You’ll work directly with founders, shape technical direction early, and solve problems where correctness and system design matter.

What You'll Do

- Design systems capturing and executing enterprise decision logic
- Build backend services integrating with enterprise workflows and tools
- Develop orchestration systems for agent execution and inference
- Create interfaces for human review and AI feedback loops
- Own architectural decisions across storage and inference systems
- Ship production systems directly with founders and customers
- Influence product direction through engineering decisions

Essential:

- Strong experience building production systems end to end
- Deep backend or full stack engineering capability
- Experience scaling complex systems in production environments
- Strong architectural thinking across evolving technical systems

Desirable:

- Experience with agentic systems or AI feedback loops
- Exposure to enterprise integrations and workflow tooling
- Interest in knowledge systems and decision infrastructure
