  • Support iOS and Android devices used in the corporate environment.
  • Troubleshoot audiovisual equipment, conference room systems, video meetings, and presentation technology.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to infrastructure, security, or higher-level support teams.
  • Partner with remote IT colleagues to resolve issues and support broader organizational initiatives.
  • Communicate clearly with nontechnical users and provide timely updates throughout the support process.
  • Develop and maintain troubleshooting documentation, support procedures, and knowledge resources.

  • Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
  • Professional presence with the ability to work directly with senior-level users.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple requests while appropriately prioritizing urgent support needs.
  • Comfortable lifting, transporting, and installing standard computer equipment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting conference room audiovisual systems and collaboration platforms.
  • CompTIA A+, Microsoft Desktop, or related technical certification.

  • The position works closely with a local support team and a manager based in another U.S. office.

Perks:

  • Long-term contract stability with potential for extension.
  • Opportunity to provide high-visibility support within a professional corporate environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, Active Directory, Intune, and mobile technologies.
  • Direct interaction with executives and senior business stakeholders.
  • Join a small team where individual contributions directly affect office operations.
