Recruiting Coordinator
- At least 2 years of experience in a recruiting coordination or junior recruiter role.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and HRIS/ATS experience.
- Ability to speak confidently with executive-level leadership and candidates alike.
- A self-starter attitude. You don’t wait for instructions on every resume; you know what "good" looks like and move candidates forward accordingly.
- Ability to work from the White Plains office.
- Coordinate and manage complex interview loops involving various levels of leadership across multiple departments.
- Independently conduct initial phone/video screens. You should be comfortable evaluating experience and, more importantly, assessing cultural fit for specific team dynamics.
- Post open requisitions, source passive talent, and manage the initial review of incoming resumes.
- Utilize ADP Workforce Now (or a similar HRIS/ATS) to track candidate progress and maintain clean data.
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring they feel welcomed and informed throughout the process.
