Product Specialist Graduate Considered

On a daily basis, you will be working closely with the sales team to deliver Proof of Concepts and assist with live customer projects for a machine learning platform.

Salary: <\/b> $75,000 - $80,000 + bonus + healthcare, pension, etc.

Requirements for Product Specialist: <\/b>
<\/div>

• A minimum of a 3.4 GPA bachelors from an internationally renowned University in a STEM or Law or related discipline
  <\/span><\/li>
• Fantastic academic history through High School & University (please ensure all achievements are listed on your resume)
  <\/li>
• Basic scripting knowledge in Python or Bash
  <\/li>
• Excellent customer -facing skills
  <\/li>
• A motivated self -starter with a problem -solving attitude
  <\/li>
• Strong aptitude for picking up technologies
  <\/li>
• Ability to work with autonomy and as part of a team
  <\/li>
• Great communication skills with fluent spoken and written English
  <\/li><\/ul>

  Responsibilities for Product Specialist: <\/b>
  <\/div>

  • You will be the main point of contact and liaise with clients, internal teams (predominantly the tech team)
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Manage live customer projects from planning to final review
    <\/li>
  • Provide customer training to new and existing customers
    <\/li>
  • Deliver workflow advice to customers using the product
    <\/li>
  • Identify significant new projects
    <\/li>
  • Basic troubleshooting, and escalation of issues to the tech team
    <\/li>
  • Gain an in -depth understanding of the company’s technology so you can advise customers how to import/export data
    <\/li>
  • Provide updates to the management team on accounts
    <\/li><\/ul>
