Start Date: Immediate Job Description: Role Summary The Maintenance Documentation Coordinator is responsible for organizing, maintaining, and controlling all maintenance-related documentation for the plant. This role ensures that technical drawings, manuals, schematics, and maintenance records are accurately filed, easily retrievable, and properly stored in both electronic and physical formats. The file structure is already established; this role focuses on execution of documentation, consistency, and ongoing upkeep. Responsibilities: The coordinator will manage the intake, scanning, and filing of documents into the maintenance drive, ensuring materials are stored in the correct virtual and paper locations.
- This position requires strong organizational skills, comfort with computer systems, and the ability to operate a plotter/scanner to store and manage large-format documents.
- A weekly review meeting will provide guidance and clarification as the individual builds familiarity with the documentation and filing standards.
- Over time, the role is expected to operate independently, applying judgment to ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and properly organized.
