- Relevant Experience: 1–3 years of experience in high-volume staffing, warehousing team leadership, retail management, or consultative client-service roles.
- Schedule Flexibility: Must be reliably open to a hybrid schedule (primarily 6:45 AM – 3:45 PM, but flexible to pivot to 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM with advanced notice).
- Basic Tech Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and comfortable navigating basic Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or time-and-attendance software.
- Competitive hourly rate: $22.00 – $26.00/hour.

- Relationship & Alliance Building: Act as an endearing, trusted partner to the customer while remaining highly persistent with facility supervisors to align staffing needs and build operational trust.
- High-Volume Sourcing & Fulfillment: Drive aggressive local recruiting, phone screening, and bilingual interviewing to aggressively build a reliable, high-performing pipeline of production talent from scratch.
- Dynamic Talent Care & Retention: Serve as the dedicated, high-touch advocate for your associates on-site, managing coaching, onboarding, and resolving daily inquiries to ensure maximum worker retention.
- Shift & Operational Flexibility: Manage daily workforce operations primarily during regular day-shift hours, while remaining adaptable to shift your schedule to second-shift coverage (3 PM – Midnight) when advanced client notice is given.
- Precision Timekeeping: Take complete ownership of site time-and-attendance logging, tracking daily rosters, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring accurate reporting for payroll processing.
- Onboarding & Compliance: Deliver comprehensive, engaging on-site orientations that brief new hires on safety protocols, attendance expectations, and customer-specific regulations.
- Floor Walks & Active Engagement: Maintain a vibrant, supportive presence on the production floor to continuously evaluate employee morale, line placement, and immediate supervisor needs.
