Comp & Ben Analyst
- This is a fully remote role but must be EST based.
- Pay rate depending on experience: 45-60/hr
- support the design, implementation and management of global Total Reward programs
- conduct global compensation analyses
- ensure internal equity and external competitiveness across all regions
- serve as an SME to the People Team on compensation and benefits related matters.
- minimum of 4 years' progressive experience in compensation & benefits
- experience working in a high-growth technology company
- hands on benefits experience for both US and UK/Europe
- global compensation experience.
