Customer Service Representative

A premier distributor in Ronkonkoma, NY is seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve as a vital link in their customer support and order fulfillment process. In this dynamic, in-person role, you will handle multi-channel inquiries, provide technical troubleshooting, and manage order placements with precision and speed. This position focuses heavily on high-volume customer correspondence, processing client requests, and occasionally assisting with light warehouse logistics. salary: $29 - $32 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 4 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

● Responsible for answering calls from customers in a timely manner.

● Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.

● Ability to communicate well with others with good customer service skills including person to person, phone, email, and texting.

● Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.

● Customer care for all walk-in customers and telephone customers.

● Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. ● Backup in the warehouse, when needed.
