B2B Freelance UX Designer

Our client, an eCommerce technology company, is looking for a Freelance UX Designer (B2B) to assist their team; this is a 40 hour per week role based in their NYC office (minimum 3 days / week onsite, ideally 4-5).The Freelance UX Designer (B2B) will:-own end-to-end UX for internal tools (from discovery, to flow mapping, through prototyping and iterations)-translate complex media buying concepts into intuitive, scalable workflows-partner with product, engineering, and data / analytics to align on scope, and define success metrics-contribute to platform consistency, and add to existing component library / document new patternsThe Freelance UX Designer (B2B) has:-3+ years of experience in product design / UX design ideally from a B2B software company or, preferably, a media buying / ad platform -strong experience with B2B software or internal tools with complex workflows, and data-heavy UIs-solid experience in Figma, or comparable program-ability to work in a fast-paced environment, reducing friction + streamlining workflowsIn this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
