- Assess, triage, and manage emergency patients across all age groups.
- Administer IVs, medications, blood products, and emergency interventions.
- Recognize and manage dysrhythmias and critical conditions.
- Document accurately in EMR (Epic).
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for optimal care.
- Maintain infection control and patient safety standards.
