The Role
We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Trial Matching Squad and drive meaningful change in how research sites engage with clinical trials. You’ll work at the intersection of user needs, product strategy, and execution to deliver features that increase trial applications and site engagement.
You’ll be part of a close-knit, cross-functional team that includes Engineering, Design, and Customer Success. This is an opportunity to make a career-defining impact in a regulated industry that is ripe for transformation.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end product initiatives that enhance site experience and improve application engagement.
-Lead discovery by conducting user interviews, digging into usage data, and synthesizing insights to inform product decisions.
-Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and GTM teams to deliver impactful, user-centric solutions.
-Navigate the complex needs of diverse stakeholders, including physicians, trial coordinators, and sponsor-side decision makers.
-Actively contribute to roadmap planning, product rituals, and continuous delivery processes.
-Launch and iterate on features, using data and customer feedback to drive adoption and business outcomes.
Qualifications
Must-Have
-3–6+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or regulated environments (healthcare, life sciences, fintech, or govtech preferred).
-Strong ownership mindset— you take initiative, ask questions, and follow through relentlessly .
-Mission-driven and passionate about improving healthcare equity.
-Experience operating in complex stakeholder ecosystems where the user, buyer, and influencers are distinct.
- White we are a remote first company, we are looking for someone based in New York City , with a willingness to collaborate in-person with another product manager 1-2 flexible days per week.
Bonus Points
Background in clinical trial technology or life sciences.
Proficiency with discovery tools (e.g., user research, analytics) and delivery tools (e.g., Jira, Figma).
Experience growing into senior product roles within high-growth startups or scale-ups.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
