WHAT YOU’LL DO
Comic Relief is seeking a Director of Production to lead the engine that drives our creative, marketing, and campaign work. Reporting to the Chief Creative Officer, the Director of Production will oversee how work gets made: creating plans, building systems, managing partners, agencies, and freelance creative and production personnel; leading production across disciplines that blend internal and external resources; and driving execution at every level of the organization.
This role requires a seasoned operator who can zoom out to plan large-scale projects and design workflows and zoom in to manage the details and solve problems in real time.
Comic Relief’s work sits at the intersection of comedy, culture, and impact. To deliver at the scale and ambition our mission demands, we need operational excellence behind every idea.
The Director of Production ensures that creative vision becomes reality—consistently, effectively, and at the highest standard.
