Harley-Davidson / Powersports Technician Bidleman Harley-Davidson / Bidleman Powersports is growing, and we are looking to add multiple technicians to our team. Prior motorcycle or powersports experience is not required. We are looking for mechanically inclined people with comparable hands-on experience who want to build a long-term career in a growing dealership. This is a great opportunity for someone who has experience with automotive repair, equipment repair, or other mechanical fields and wants to take the next step. Pay Range$18–$25 per hour + Performance Incentive, depending on experience Your starting pay will be based on your current experience level, but we are looking for people who want to grow. What You’ll Be Doing This position will focus on basic maintenance and general mechanical work, including: Oil changes and routine maintenance
Tire replacement and installation
Brake work
Accessory installation
Vehicle inspections
Setup and prep work
General mechanical repairs
Assisting senior technicians as you continue to learn and grow
This is not a position that requires engine or transmission tear-down/rebuild experience. We are looking for people with solid mechanical ability, a willingness to learn, and the drive to improve.
