Oracle Cloud Security Consultant

IDR is seeking a Oracle Cloud Security Consultant to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. In this role, you will support large-scale Oracle Cloud transformation initiatives by designing and optimizing application security across Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, and SCM environments. This is an excellent opportunity to partner with cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced, enterprise setting and help strengthen security governance and access controls.

Position Overview for the Oracle Cloud Security Consultant:

• Design and configure Oracle Cloud security roles, access models, and security controls across ERP, HCM, and SCM
• Translate business requirements and processes into role design, provisioning strategies, and Segregation of Duties (SoD) rules
• Execute security testing, remediation, and deployment activities to ensure secure and compliant access
• Partner with functional, technical, and client stakeholders to drive security governance and best practices
• Lead security workstreams by documenting requirements, decisions, defects, and remediation plans through implementation and post-go-live

Requirements for the Oracle Cloud Security Consultant:

• 4+ years of hands-on Oracle Cloud Security experience supporting Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, and/or SCM
• Proven experience with Oracle Cloud role design, access models, and access controls
• Strong hands-on experience with user provisioning and security administration within Oracle Fusion/Oracle Cloud
• Demonstrated expertise in Segregation of Duties (SoD), security testing, and remediation activities
• Ability to lead security workstreams and communicate effectively in client-facing environments, translating business needs into security solutions
