Your role

Position Summary:
We are seeking a strategic, creative, and highly organized Senior Marketing Manager to join our Fine Fragrance division. This role will lead client-facing initiatives, develop compelling brand and fragrance narratives, and partner closely with perfumers, evaluators, and global teams to drive innovation and storytelling excellence. The ideal candidate is a passionate marketer with deep knowledge of the beauty and fragrance industry and a track record of delivering high-impact presentations and concept work.

• Spearhead the creation of client-facing presentations, trend analyses, fragrance narratives, and strategic new business proposals

• Partner across creation, evaluation, and sales teams to shape impactful fragrance launches and go-to-market strategies

• Transform cultural movements, consumer behavior, and scent trends into compelling brand stories that resonate globally

• Drive project timelines and deliverables across a diverse portfolio of international accounts

• Lead market research, competitive landscape assessments, and the conceptualization of seasonal fragrance collections

• Provide mentorship to junior team members while actively contributing to the growth and evolution of the marketing function

About you

• 6–8 years of marketing experience, ideally within beauty, fragrance, or luxury consumer goods sectors

• Bachelors Degree in Marketing or related field

• Demonstrated strength in creative writing and visual storytelling across platforms and formats

• Proven success in client engagement and collaboration with cross-functional creative teams

• Skilled in managing multiple high-impact projects within fast-paced, deadline-driven environments

• Deep passion for fragrance, design aesthetics, and emerging cultural trends

Pay Transparency Disclosure: The expected annual salary range for this position is USD 109000.00 – USD 150000.00. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and company performance.
