As an Administrative Assistant, You Will:
- Support the day-to-day administrative operations of the center, including scheduling, filing, recordkeeping, and office organization.
- Serve as a welcoming first point of contact for families, visitors, and staff.
- Communicate with parents and families regarding enrollment, attendance, billing, center updates, and general inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Maintain accurate student and administrative records while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies and licensing requirements.
- Assist center leadership with reporting, data entry, documentation, and other administrative projects.
- Support the coordination of meetings, events, and center communications.
- Help foster a positive, professional, and family-friendly environment for children, families, and team members.
- Have a genuine passion for supporting children, families, and educators?
- Hold a high school diploma or GED (ECE coursework preferred but not required)?
- Possess strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills?
- Demonstrate proficiency with basic computer applications and office technology?
