Recruiting Specialist
THE POSITION
Goldberg Segalla is seeking an experienced Recruiting Specialist to manage the full recruitment lifecycle and support our talent acquisition efforts. This role is integral to attracting and retaining exceptional talent and serves as a key point of contact for both hiring managers and candidates throughout the hiring process. The Recruiting Specialist will oversee all phases of recruitment, from job posting through offer acceptance. Core responsibilities include:- Partnering with hiring managers to define staffing needs and position requirements
- Sourcing qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Conducting initial resume screenings and candidate outreach
- Ensuring interview scheduling across multiple stakeholders
- Maintaining accurate records within the applicant tracking system
THE QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of recruiting experience, with demonstrated human resources experience, or equivalent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with hiring managers, candidates, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- High degree of discretion and the ability to handle confidential information appropriately
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with applicant tracking systems preferred
- Ability to work both collaboratively and independently with minimal supervision
THE BENEFITS
The annualized salary range for this position is $65,000-$75,000. Actual pay may be adjusted based on experience and other job related factors permitted by law. This position also offers bonuses and a full benefits package.
