Position Summary:

We are looking to hire a Clinical Application Trainer who will be responsible for ECW training and providing support for all associates on Clinical information Systems, including but not limited to ECW (including dental and BH), doximity; software testing (new releases). The Clinical Application Trainer will also provide software support to users ; problem resolution with vendor; and understand health center processes internal workflow.

Key Duties:

• Provide testing and training for new software releases.
• Provide training to associates with use of EHR systems.
• Work with vendor(s) to resolve issues.
• Assist support of patient portal and healow products.
• Provide software and other application support through phone and remote connection.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School or GED Required.
• 2-5 years of related experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
• In depth knowledge and use of ECW.
• Excellent communicator/presentation skills.

Starting Compensation: Minimum: $45,000 per annum; Maximum: $58,000 per annum.

Work Environment Type, Location, and Schedule:
Onsite, Bronx, NY, Monday - Friday between the hours of 8am- 6pm.
