🔧 What You’ll Do

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on building systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical issues.
• Collaborate with and oversee external contractors.
• Ensure all facilities meet safety and operational standards.
• Take initiative in identifying and resolving facility-related challenges.

🧠What You Bring

• 3-5+ years of experience in facilities maintenance or a similar role.
• Solid understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and hands-on repair skills.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent (certifications in trades are a plus).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00/hr.
