Accounts Payable Specialist
A real estate management group is seeking a full-time Accounts Payable Specialist with strong accounts payable and bookkeeping experience.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing vendor relationships and payment processing across multiple entities.
Requirements :
- Hands-on experience using Rent Manager
- Accounts payable and basic bookkeeping experience
- Ability to manage multiple entities and high transaction volume
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Experience working with vendors and resolving discrepancies
Responsibilities include:
- Processing and managing accounts payable in Rent Manager
- Maintaining accurate vendor records and payment schedules
- Reconciling invoices and resolving billing issues
- Supporting bookkeeping and financial recordkeeping across properties
