Summary:

Designs, delivers and maintains highly engaging and educational training content for all technical applications. Help manage a comprehensive course catalogue for all new and existing employees as well as participate in the training and organizational change management of system upgrades and new system implementations. Works closely with business areas and other department trainers to ensure training needs are being met while also evaluating their effectiveness post implementation. Starting salary is $66,951.

Qualifications:

Required Education and Experience


Bachelor’s degree and the equivalent of three (3) years of full-time experience in training, training needs analysis, and/or organizational development.


NOTE:
Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited school, college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in healthcare or hospital training
• Experience in electronic health record training
• Experience with software such as articulate, Canva or other computer based training software.
