Customer Success Hypercare Support

We are seeking a proactive and adaptable Customer Operations Support Specialist to join our team in Buffalo. This role is designed to drive project execution, process improvement, and operational excellence during a key 12-month business cycle.

Responsibilities

• Support project execution and process improvement initiatives that impact multiple customers, teams, and business workflows.

• Monitor operational and performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

• Prepare and distribute regular reports, status updates, and summaries to support planning, decision-making, and execution.

• Quickly learn internal processes, systems, and business requirements in order to provide effective support across projects and operational priorities.

• Identify process gaps or operational challenges, escalate issues as appropriate, and help implement practical solutions in a timely manner.

• Maintain accurate documentation, records, and project updates using Microsoft Office and applicable business systems, including SAP when relevant.

• Contribute to continuity of operations by providing responsive, organized, and solutions-oriented support throughout the assignment.
