Fox News Media is seeking a senior, strategic, and data-driven Vice President, CRM to own and scale the customer relationship management vision across both brands. This executive leader will be responsible for setting enterprise-wide CRM strategy that drives subscriber growth, engagement, and long-term retention for Fox Nation, while also enhancing audience engagement, loyalty, and monetization across Fox News Channel’s owned and operated platforms and translating those goals to the Fox One subscriber base.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in lifecycle marketing, personalization, and retention, with hands-on knowledge of Braze strongly preferred, and the executive presence to influence at the highest levels of the organization. This role requires a balance of strategic leadership and analytical rigor, with the ability to unify CRM efforts across multiple brands while respecting distinct audience needs and business goals.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITES:
CRM Strategy & Executive Leadership
Own and define the long-term CRM vision, strategy, and roadmap across Fox Nation and Fox News Media, aligned with overall business, revenue, and audience growth objectives.
Serve as the executive leader for CRM across brands, building, leading, and scaling a high-performing organization of CRM leaders, managers, analysts, and campaign specialists.
Act as a senior strategic partner to Product, Creative, Acquisition, Business Intelligence, Growth Marketing, and Executive Leadership to ensure CRM is embedded across the full customer and audience lifecycle.
Champion customer- and audience-centric thinking across both organizations, ensuring insights inform product development, content strategy, and marketing initiatives.
Set strategy for and liaison with senior leadership across Fox One to keep goals aligned
Lifecycle Marketing & Personalization at Scale
Oversee the design, execution, and optimization of full-funnel lifecycle journeys for Fox Nation subscribers and Fox News Channel audiences across email, push notifications, in-app messaging, SMS, and other owned channels.
Ensure best-in-class personalization and segmentation strategies that reflect the distinct behaviors, content preferences, and engagement patterns of Fox Nation and Fox News Channel audiences.
Establish a robust experimentation framework (A/B and multivariate testing) to continuously improve engagement, retention, conversion, and subscription renewals.
Set standards for messaging governance, frequency management, compliance, and brand voice across all CRM communications for both brands.
Data, Analytics & Executive Insights
Partner closely with Data and Analytics leadership to define CRM data architecture, pipelines, reporting frameworks, and executive dashboards spanning Fox Nation and Fox News Channel.
Define and own CRM success metrics, including engagement, retention, churn, lifetime value, conversion, and incremental revenue contribution.
Translate complex customer and audience data into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations for senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
Proactively identify trends, risks, and opportunities to drive engagement, mitigate churn, and unlock cross-brand growth opportunities.
Lead competitive and industry analysis to evolve CRM strategies and introduce innovative communication approaches across both brands.
Technology, Platforms & Governance
Act as executive owner of the Braze platform, ensuring best practices in architecture, orchestration, segmentation, and campaign execution across Fox Nation and Fox News Channel.
Oversee CRM technology roadmap, vendor relationships, and platform integrations in partnership with Engineering, Product, and Data teams.
Ensure data quality, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance across all CRM systems and communications.
Maintain a strong analytical orientation, with comfort auditing segments, identifying data inconsistencies, and ensuring accuracy at scale.
Highly proficient in Excel and pivot tables, with experience leveraging Adobe and Tableau for reporting and analysis.
Customer- and Audience-Centric Growth & Innovation
Drive CRM initiatives that balance near-term subscriber and audience growth with long-term loyalty and lifetime value across both brands.
Leverage predictive modeling and machine learning capabilities to anticipate subscriber and audience behavior, optimize lifecycle touchpoints, and enhance personalization.
Identify and test new growth opportunities, including cross-promotion, audience migration, and lifecycle optimization between Fox News Channel and Fox Nation.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
15+ years of CRM and/or lifecycle marketing experience
5+ years in senior leadership or executive-level roles.
Proven success building and scaling CRM organizations and strategies across subscription-based and/or large-scale media businesses.
Deep, hands-on experience with Braze or comparable CRM platforms, including advanced orchestration and personalization.
Strong background in data analytics, customer segmentation, cohort analysis, experimentation, and performance measurement.
Strategic, enterprise-level thinker with the ability to translate multi-brand business goals into scalable CRM strategies and measurable outcomes.
Exceptional leadership, team-building, and talent development skills.
Executive-level communication and presentation abilities, with a proven ability to influence and align senior stakeholders.
Highly analytical and results-oriented, with strong business acumen and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
