Salary Range: $46,220.72 - $64,709.01

Salary range: $27.00/hr. - $37.32/hr.

Position: LPN - Full Time

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm, with flexibility.

In this role, you will work under the guidance of our physicians and healthcare providers to deliver direct patient care and support a range of clinical functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately obtain and record vital signs.
• Document essential components of patient histories.
• Communicate openly and effectively with patients, visitors, and team members.
• Assist in in-office procedures under the supervision of licensed healthcare providers.
• Conduct diagnostic CLIA waived testing.
• Perform venipuncture for lab test samples.
• Manage prescription call-backs as per your scope of practice.
• Prepare patient charts with pertinent clinical information.
• Maintain inventory of supplies, ensuring patient examination rooms are well-stocked.
• Adhere to all regulatory compliance standards.
• Be flexible and willing to float to other multi-specialty sites as needed.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/G.E.D. - required.
• Previous experience in a patient care setting - preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to effectively present information to physicians, patients, and their families.
• Current LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse - State Licensure required upon hire.

Physical Demands:

• Constantly standing and walking.
• Frequent lifting and carrying.
• Occasional climbing and balancing.
• Regular use of hands for handling and grasping.
• Must have excellent coordination and ability to communicate effectively.

Working Conditions:

• Noise - Expected in the clinical environment.
• Hazards - Regular exposure to various clinical hazards.
