Floor Manager
We are seeking an experienced and capable bar manager to oversee daily front of house operations in an efficient way that satisfies our standards of quality and hospitality and leads our staff by example.
Expected Responsibilities:
- Work with Upper Management on the creation of systems for our new space
- Oversee all front-of-house operations during service, ensuring smooth and efficient execution
- Train and develop FOH team members including servers, hosts, and support staff
- Maintain and uphold the highest standards of hospitality
- Monitor dining room flow, pacing, and guest satisfaction, addressing any issues promptly
- Assist with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of FOH team members
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards, as well as company policies
- Execute opening and closing procedures
- Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns in a professional and solutions-oriented manner
