Soldering Technician

We are looking for a skilled, detail-oriented Soldering Technician to join our production team and help us build high-reliability electronics.

salary: $20 - $26 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality surface-mount technology (SMT) and thru-hole soldering on complex PCB assemblies.

• Conduct manual rework and repair of electronic assemblies, including component removal and replacement.

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, engineering drawings, and bills of materials (BOM).

• Assemble wire harnesses, crimp connectors, and perform point-to-point wiring.

• Utilize microscopes, magnifying lenses, and specialized soldering equipment safely and effectively.

• Inspect your own work and the work of others to ensure compliance with quality standards (such as IPC-A-610).

• Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) safety protocols.
