We are seeking a polished and service-oriented Reception Manager to lead front-of-house operations in a high-end food service environment catering to high-profile clients. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who excels in guest relations, team leadership, and creating a welcoming, discreet, and efficient front desk experience.
Compensation Data
COMPENSATION: The salary range for this position is $90,000-$125,000. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities
Guest Experience & Client Relations
- Serve as the first point of contact for all guests, ensuring a warm, professional, and personalized welcome.
- Manage VIP arrivals and departures with discretion and attention to detail.
- Anticipate guest needs and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Front Desk Operations
- Oversee daily reception desk functions including guest check-in/check-out, reservations, and inquiries.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and communication with internal departments.
Team Leadership
- Supervise, train, and schedule front desk staff to ensure consistent service excellence.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to support team development.
- Foster a culture of hospitality, professionalism, and accountability.
Coordination & Communication
- Liaise with culinary, event, and operations teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Coordinate with security and facilities teams for VIP protocols and special requests.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions.
Administrative Duties
- Manage front desk supplies, systems, and reporting.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement service improvements.
- Assist with billing, invoicing, and administrative support as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–5 years of experience in front desk or guest services management, preferably in a luxury or high-profile setting.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in front desk software, reservation systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain discretion and professionalism at all times.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in fine dining, private clubs, or executive hospitality environments.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Familiarity with VIP protocols and high-security guest management.
