Founding Full-Stack / iOS Engineer – Accountability Protocol

Location: Remote - U.S. Timezones (NYC Office)

Compensation: $140K - $200K

Join a dynamic early-stage team building an innovative accountability protocol that sits at the intersection of consumer technology and blockchain. Our mission is to leverage phone and wearable data as an oracle to enable users to stake money on personal goals, creating powerful "commitment contracts." This is a unique opportunity to secure a founding-level seat and drive the technical direction of a high-impact consumer product.

As the Founding Full-Stack Engineer , you will be responsible for accelerating the buildout of our core consumer-facing product: a beautiful, fast, and highly reliable native iOS application. This app uses blockchain rails behind the scenes to power our innovative accountability system.

Your Mission & Responsibilities:

• Product Ownership: Hold a founding-level seat with significant ownership, directly influencing key product and technical decisions.
• iOS Development: Ship high-quality, production-ready Swift code to develop and maintain our native iOS application.
• Full-Stack Contribution: Contribute actively to the backend and API design to ensure clean, simple, and reliable interactions with the underlying blockchain infrastructure (on-chain interactions).
• Collaboration: Work directly and closely with the co-founders, who bring extensive experience from top-tier firms in both the blockchain/crypto industry and major tech companies.

Requirements

We are seeking an exceptional engineer with an impressive track record who thrives on tackling complex, hard problems at a foundational level.

• Very strong track record of successfully building and shipping full-stack applications OR robust native iOS applications .
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality, production-ready code.
• A proven history of working on challenging, impactful projects, demonstrating an impressive professional or educational background.
• An innate enjoyment of solving hard problems and a commitment to elegant engineering solutions.
