A high-performance market-making hedge fund is hiring C++ Core and Hardware Engineers to join its founding team.

Headquartered in NYC with a global remote team, they are developing ultra-low-latency, AI-driven trading strategies at the intersection of cutting-edge software and FPGA hardware.

Role Highlights:

• Design and implement high-performance systems for automated trading
• Collaborate with researchers to architect ultra-low-latency infrastructure
• Work across hardware (FPGA) and software (C++ low-level)
• Contribute to core system design, network stack optimization, and real-time data flows
• Play a key role in a deeply technical, engineer-led culture focused on innovation

Who They’re Hiring:

C++ Core Engineers

• Deep experience with low-latency systems and real-time performance tuning
• Skilled in multithreaded C++, memory management, and system-level programming

Hardware Engineers

• Experience with FPGA cards and hardware/software integration for trading systems
• Strong understanding of HFT infrastructure, kernel bypass, and custom protocol stacks

Ideal Candidate:

• Passion for speed, precision, and performance
• Startup mentality with a desire to build from first principles
• Comfortable in fast-paced, high-ownership environments
• Based in the U.S. or Europe—remote-first, with plans for an NYC office by end of year
