What You’ll Do

• Provide gentle, high‑quality dental hygiene care to pediatric patients of all ages and abilities
• Support children with sensory, behavioral, or developmental needs using patience, creativity, and evidence‑based techniques
• Partner closely with dentists, assistants, and administrative staff to create a seamless, positive experience for families
• Educate children and caregivers on oral health in a fun, engaging, and accessible way
• Contribute to a workplace culture that values teamwork, communication, and continuous learning

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Dental Hygienist (RDH) in New York
• Experience with pediatric patients preferred; a genuine love for working with kids is essential
• Comfort and compassion working with children with special needs, including those with sensory sensitivities, autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, or medical complexities
• A positive, flexible attitude and a desire to collaborate with a supportive team
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to inclusive, family‑centered care
