About the Role

Samsung Electronics is looking for a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our global sales operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a high-performing sales team, developing strategic account plans, and driving revenue growth across key markets worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales representatives across multiple regions
• Define and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners globally
• Identify new business opportunities and expand Samsung's presence in existing accounts
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to align go-to-market strategies
• Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reporting to senior leadership
• Represent Samsung at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings worldwide

Requirements

• 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a people management role
• Proven track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Experience managing international or cross-regional accounts
• Ability to travel globally as required
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
