About the Role

We are seeking an energetic and outgoing & Promotions Representative to join our on-site sales and brand activation team. In this role, you’ll represent our brand at local events, retail locations, and community pop-ups, where you’ll engage with the public, promote our offerings, and drive sales in person.

• Represent the brand in-person at events, retail pop-ups, community centers, and promotional sites

• Approach and engage potential customers with confidence and enthusiasm

• Explain product or service features, pricing, and promotions clearly and accurately

• Answer customer questions and provide tailored product recommendations based on their needs

• Conduct on-the-spot product demonstrations or service enrollments (as applicable)

• Drive on-site sales or lead generation by converting foot traffic into customers

• Maintain a professional, approachable, and brand-aligned appearance at all times

• Track and report performance metrics, leads, or customer feedback to the marketing team

• Set up and break down event booths or branded materials (light lifting required)

• Stay up to date on current offerings, pricing, and marketing objectives through regular training

• High school diploma or equivalent (required); associate degree in marketing, business, or communications is a plus

• Prior experience in promotions, in-person sales, retail, or event marketing preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude

• Self-motivated, confident, and comfortable initiating conversations with strangers

• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs for event setup

• Must have reliable transportation to travel to event locations as needed

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and available for in-person assignments
