Full-Stack Engineer, AI Financial Agent

Location: Remote - NYC preference - will accept Remote USA to work EST hours - Will accept LATAM region to work EST hours and also Tel Aviv.

compensation: $160K - $200K

We are a technology company that provides the first automated, on-chain economic security system for crypto protocols, helping them optimize risk management and capital efficiency while safeguarding user funds. Our platform secures billions of dollars in assets for leading protocols by analysing protocol mechanics and scenario implications using world-class custom EVM simulations . We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Full-Stack Engineer to join our AI team and develop our cutting-edge financial AI agent .

As a Full-Stack Engineer reporting directly to the Head of Product & AI, you will play a critical role in working closely with the CEO and the AI team to design and build the full-stack systems that power our financial AI agent.

Responsibilities:

• Design and build end-to-end full-stack systems for our AI financial agent.
• Develop scalable APIs and backend services to support agent workflows.
• Build high-performance, user-facing interfaces to visualize agent reasoning and surface insights, and enable real-time interaction.
• Collaborate with AI researchers to integrate and productionize agent logic.
• Connect and manage data pipelines from financial sources .
• Implement testing, monitoring, and performance best practices .
• Stay up to date with LLM frameworks, full-stack tools, and financial trends.

Essential Qualifications:

• Experience: 5+ years of full-stack development experience.
• Backend Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Python (FastAPI) , JavaScript/TypeScript , and Node.js .
• Frontend Proficiency: Strong proficiency in React .
• System Knowledge: Proven experience building scalable APIs and web applications.
• Data Skills: Solid knowledge of relational and non-relational databases.
• AI Experience: Hands-on experience with LLMs and frameworks like LangChain or similar.
• Advanced AI Concepts: Familiarity with vector databases , RAG pipelines , and async programming.
• Domain Expertise: Experience with financial data and APIs .
• Work Style: Comfortable working in fast-paced, self-directed environments.
• Location: Ability to work from our Brooklyn Office 5 days a week (mandatory for NYC-based candidates).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience building LLM-based agents in production environments .
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, tool use orchestration (MCP), and AI agent design .
• Experience with embedding pipelines, semantic search , and RAG architectures.
• Proficiency with profiling tools and performance optimization .
• Familiarity with smart contracts, blockchain protocols, and DeFi systems is a strong plus.
