Looking for positive individuals with progressive management experience. Knowledge of italian wine and spirits a plus. Job duties will include all things service for a busy neighborhood restaurant in the heart of Carroll Gardens.

• Oversee Daily Operations: Ensure smooth restaurant operations, including managing staff schedules, inventory, and customer service.
• Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Customer Experience: Address customer complaints, ensure food quality, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
• Compliance: Enforce health, safety, and sanitation regulations to comply with local laws and industry standards.

• 2 years of management experience
• Thrive in fast-paced environment while supporting staff during service.
• High communication skills with all employees. Bilingual preferred.
• Likes working closing with all staff to help train and grow in the company.
• Passionate about creative cocktails and pairing natural wines with food.
• Dedicated to providing a welcoming environment and positive customer experiences.
• Open availability preferred. Must be available to work nights and weekends. We are CLOSED MONDAYS
• Collaborative team-player is a must

Cafe Spaghetti is Chef Sal Lamboglia’s ode to the classic neighborhood Italian restaurant, nestled in the heart of Carroll Gardens.

The cozy home-style Italian restaurant situated in his beloved hometown of Brooklyn, New York, is Chef's first solo project. Featuring an intimate dining room with a wraparound cafe bar, additional seating can be found by way of a fully enclosed outdoor space with 25 seats located on Union Street, and a lush ivy-lined backyard garden with 40 seats, ideal for year-round outdoor dining, private parties, and celebrations.

 Guests will find family recipes across the menu including tiramisu, from Lamboglia’s Naples-born father, who’ll serve the dish nightly. Other menu highlights feature stuffed calamari, tuna Calabrese, mom’s baked pasta, and polpo insalata.

Cafe Spaghetti will accept reservations and walk-in guests.
