Landscape Construction Technician (Entry-Level to Experienced)

Benson Enterprises is a well-established landscape design/build company serving the Greater Rochester area for over 35 years. We’re seeking motivated Landscape Construction Technicians to support our construction crews in building high-quality outdoor projects.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and want to learn or grow their skills in landscape construction.

• $1,500 signing bonus ($500 at 90 days, $1,000 at 180 days)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build patios, walkways, retaining walls, outdoor features, planting, and lighting
• Assist with site preparation, materials, and equipment
• Use hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites

What We’re Looking For

• Construction or landscaping experience preferred, not required
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors
• Driver’s License preferred
