GMP/Sanitization Tech I

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a GMP/Sanitization Tech I responsible for performing technical cleaning and sanitization of production rooms and floors to ensure compliance with GMP, food safety, and quality standards. This role involves following a master sanitization schedule (Excel-based) to track and complete assigned tasks, as well as coordinating with production operators to access rooms as they become available. The technician will utilize low-pressure power washers and standard cleaning equipment to effectively sanitize production areas, while also maintaining and stocking necessary sanitization materials and supplies. Additionally, this individual will support special projects, which make up approximately 20% of the workload, and will be expected to communicate clearly with team members and leadership regarding task completion.

Skills and Requirements

• High School Diploma

• Basic Computer Skills (Excel)

• Strong attention to detail with ability to prioritize, organize, and plan responsibilities to meet objectives. Previous experience in food industry or cleaning role dealing with general sanitization.
